We are on the 5th floor of the at Ala Moana Building (1441 Kapiolani Blvd) corner of Kapiolani Blvd and Ke’eaumoku St. with Bank of Hawaii on the ground floor. WE ARE NOT IN THE MALL, but we are connected via the Mauka/ Ewa parking structure. Our entrances are on level 1, 2 and 3 of the mall (except Sundays and after bank hours when only level 2 is accessible) We are in suit 520!

Customers are able to park in the building on the 3rd floor. Alternatively you are also able to park in the shopping center parking structures if you don’t mind a little bit of a walk!

Pro tip: Avoid doing laps around the lot and head straight to the 4th and 5th level parking. Take the stairs down to 3 and straight to our building!

On Sundays all entrances to the building are closed except for the 3rd floor. Enter the building on the floor shared with Genki Sushi. Find a security guard and let them know that you’d like to go to the 5th floor, and they should key you into the elevator. Do not enter the elevators without someone who can key you onto your floor! You will get stuck in the elevator.

Otherwise, please call or text your stylist and they will be with you ASAP

Your hair will likely need to be washed for the process of your service, so it’s not always necessary before your appointment! However, too much oil and residue can affect your color outcome. Please avoid scrubbing your scalp prior to any chemical services.

Try to wait 24-48hrs before washing your hair after a chemical service, or as directed by your stylist
